Foos are rare fuddle duff... things. They are emotionally scarring (and physically if you venture too close) and don't act sane very often, if ever.
They are rumored to bring fooishness and disturbance to those around them, and sometimes resemble Lady Gaga, without the eye zipper.
The Rules of the Chat Box

6. When you trade, the lower rank sends first. ALWAYS.
Highest rank: Owner, Orange
Then: Moderator, White
Then: Member, Blue
Lowest rank: Guest, Green
REMEMBER, I'm not going to completely stop you from making green to green trades, but seriously, it's not a great idea. TRADE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
